Art. 2. (1) According to the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data of natural persons, “Eidos Consult” AD, UIC: 206544516, with address: Ovcha Kupel district, 1 Zhambilitsa street, Sofia, Bulgaria, email: info@eidos.bg, phone: +359 886 777 687, is the administrator of personal data.
(2) “Personal data” is any information relating to a natural person that is identified or can be identified directly or indirectly by an identification number or by one or more specific characteristics. These may be identifiers such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more characteristics specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
(3) “Administrator of personal data” means a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other structure that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data; where the purposes and means of this processing are determined by EU law or the law of a Member State, the controller or the special criteria for its determination may be established in EU law or in the law of a Member State.

(6) “Eidos Consult” AD is the administrator of personal data in relation to the Users/Clients who send inquiries, both through the contact form and by e-mail, and fill in their personal data and/or place orders for services. Administered and processed data also includes IP address and data collected through cookies.
(7) When using the website by the Clients/Users, the Merchant has the right to automatically save certain information that a computer or other terminal device of the Client/User of the site sends to a server in connection with the activity of the Client/User. The information that is stored may include the IP address, the date and time the page was visited, the time spent on the page, and more. The merchant also stores the IP address, as well as any other information necessary to identify the Client/User and the User of the site and reproduce his electronic statement, in connection with the technical implementation of the services provided.
(8) In order to inform every Customer and User of the website, in a transparent, understandable and easily accessible way, with clear and unambiguous wording and free of charge, the Merchant develops, implements and publishes on the website its Policy for the protection of personal data and Policy for use of “cookies” (COOKIES).

(1) The merchant stores personal data only and solely for the needs of the normal functioning of the website, as well as for the needs related to the fulfillment of the contracts concluded with the Customers, for the fulfillment of the ordered services, payment and communication, depending of the offered services, and guarantees their non-distribution to third parties, without their express knowledge and permission.

(3) The types of personal data that can be entered by the Client/User for processing are three names, date of birth, place of residence, address, telephone, and when concluding a service contract, the TIN and other data may be required, such as ID number, date of issue and others.
(4) The period of validity of the processing and storage of personal data is from the moment of their voluntary entry by the User on the site or by the Client for the needs of implementing a service contract, until the termination of the contract in accordance with the procedure provided for in these General Terms and Conditions or upon a written request by the Client/User to delete his personal data.
(5) The trader undertakes to take due care for the collection, processing and storage of the personal data of the Clients/Users, subject to the provisions of the applicable legislation.
(6) The Merchant takes due care and is responsible for protecting the information about the Client/User, which became known to him on the occasion of the provision of the services, subject to these General Terms and Conditions, except in cases of force majeure, accidental event or malicious actions of third parties, as well as in cases where the Client/User himself has made this information available to third parties.
(7) By expressing agreement with these General Terms and Conditions, the Client/User agrees to have his/her information processed in the order provided for in them.
(8) The Client/User of the site accepts that, by voluntarily providing his/her personal or other data to https://eidos.bg through freely expressed, informed and unequivocal consent in advance, he/she agrees that it may be used by the latter for the following purposes:
8.1. maintaining the User’s account, including registering orders, sending ordered services, performing the ordered services, invoicing, resolving disputes with Customers/Users/ regarding their Orders or considering their requests;
8.2. sending Commercial messages, periodic notifications by e-mail or via SMS;
8.3. conducting market research, tracking and monitoring sales and Customer/User behavior.
(9) By providing their data, including e-mails, the Client/User gives their express consent to be contacted by representatives of the website or third parties, in order to perform the ordered services.
(10) The Merchant reserves the right to change the rules for the protection of personal data, in accordance with the current legislation, after notifying the Users.
(11) The trader collects additional data of the registered users, such as IP address and others, which are required in connection with the technical implementation of the goods and services provided.
(12) Customers/Users of the site have the right at any time to withdraw their consent for their personal data to be processed and stored for certain purposes.
